We want to offer sustainable city wear to everyone, so we ship worldwide in a responsible and affordable way.

Your order will be shipped by PostNL within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation. 

The shipping costs and arrival time depends on your location:

Most of the countries can expect a slight delay in deliveries due to COVID19, especially countries outside the EU. Check our FAQ for more information on this particular subject. 

Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may apply for parcels outside Europe. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by STAD, nor are they included in the order total. For more information, contact your local customs service. 

We do not ship to APO, post office box or FPO addresses.

Tracking

All countries below get a tracking number per email when their orders are shipped:

If your country is not on this list, you will not receive a tracking number because our shipping partner (PostNL) cannot provide tracking in countries that are not on this list. 

Ordering from a country that’s not on this list is absolutely possible, but it’s at your own risk. STAD is not responsible for untrackable parcels that get lost.

 

Returns

We hope you love your new STAD item, but if you want to return it, you can do so within 30 days after receiving your order. We don’t offer exchanges because of limited stock. If you want to exchange, please place a new order.


Return conditions

  • Your order is returned within 30 days
  • The tag is attached to the neck label and is intact
  • The products are unused, unwashed, unaltered and stain-free

We can’t accept products with, for example, (make-up) stains, marks or other features that indicate the product has been used. This includes perfume or body odor as well. All products are individually checked before shipping.


How to return

Please consider returning your order in the original packaging.

  • Send a return request to returns@stadwear.com and you'll receive our return form
  • Print and fill out the return form. If you don’t have a printer you or don’t want to print, you can write the required information on a piece of paper
  • Cut off the address section and paste on the outside of package
  • Drop off at your local postal office and pay the required fee

Customers are responsible for the shipping-costs for returning orders to STAD, including any international shipping fees or customs payments. We will only refund return shipping-costs if the products you’ve received were incorrect or damaged at arrival. 

NOTE:

When returning from outside Europe, mark your package as a return and set the value at €0, as we do not pay custom fees.

We recommend using trackable shipping and keep proof of postage. 

If you are shipping orders with high value, you might consider purchasing shipping insurance.

STAD is not responsible for parcels that get lost on the way to our office. We can’t make a refund if we’ve haven’t received your order. 


Refund

Once your return is received and approved, we will credit the amount to your original method of payment. This takes up to 10 business days depending on your bank.

You will receive a full refund including the shipping-costs you’ve paid when ordering. 

You are responsible for the shipping-costs for returning your item to STAD, including any international shipping fees or customs payments. This is why you should mark your package as a return when sending back to STAD, when returning from outside Europe.

We will only refund return shipping-costs if the products you’ve received were incorrect or damaged at arrival. 


Consider your return

We would like to ask you to consider your return, as STAD is a sustainable brand. The extra CO2 emission caused by transportation back to our HQ has a big  environmental impact and with returns also comes a waste of packaging. Perhaps you have a friend you could re-sell to or have a clothing-swap coming up? Thank you for considering other options, it’s much appreciated!
